Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. The Short Version

Try before you buy — every product offers a free demo. Subscriptions cancel cleanly. Custom work is milestone-based so you only ever pay for progress you’ve approved. Where we fail to deliver, you get your money back.

2. Software Subscriptions

• Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period, with no further billing.
• Amounts already paid for the current period are non-refundable once the period has started, except in the non-delivery cases below.
• Annual plans cancelled within the first 7 days receive a pro-rata refund minus the monthly-equivalent for time used.

3. Custom Development

• Projects bill by milestones you approve; a milestone accepted is a milestone earned, and is non-refundable.
• If we fail to deliver an agreed milestone and cannot remedy it within a reasonable cure period, amounts paid for that undelivered milestone are refunded.
• Advance payments for work not yet started are refundable if you cancel before work begins.

4. Cloud & Managed Services

Monthly services cancel with 30 days’ notice. Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (licences, infrastructure) are non-refundable but transfer to you where possible.

5. Full Refund Cases

• Duplicate payment for the same order — extra payment refunded in full.
• Confirmed order where we fail to begin delivery within the promised window and cannot resolve it.

6. How to Request

Write to us via the enquiry form or WhatsApp with your order details. Reviews complete within 3 business days; approved refunds reach the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
