1. Purpose

This policy keeps our products, cloud services and infrastructure safe and lawful for all clients. It applies to everyone using systems we build, host or manage.

2. You Must Not Use Our Services To

• Break the law — including fraud, IP infringement, or processing data you have no right to hold.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or violate telecom/messaging regulations (including DLT and WhatsApp Business policies).
• Host or distribute malware, phishing pages, or content designed to deceive.
• Attempt to breach, probe or overload systems — ours or anyone else’s — from our infrastructure.
• Resell or share licensed access beyond your agreement.

3. Fair Usage

Plans include generous limits designed for genuine business use. Sustained usage far beyond plan intent (e.g., using an app plan as a bulk-processing farm) may require a plan change; we’ll always discuss before acting.

4. Enforcement

Violations may lead to warnings, suspension, or termination proportionate to severity — immediate suspension applies where others’ security or legal exposure is at risk. Unlawful activity is reported where required.

To report abuse involving our services, contact us — reports are investigated promptly and confidentially.
