Before formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution: written notice of the dispute, followed by a senior-level discussion within 30 days. Most issues resolve here — faster and cheaper for everyone.
If you access our services from outside India, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for local compliance; these terms and Indian law still govern the relationship.
