1. Agreement

By using softwaresystem.in or purchasing our products and services — software products, custom development, cloud services — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

2. What We Provide

Ready-to-deploy business software (licensed or subscription-based), custom software development and engineering services, and cloud/hosting services, each as described in the applicable proposal, order or plan.

3. Licences & Subscriptions

• Product licences are per business entity unless agreed otherwise and are non-transferable.
• Subscriptions renew per their billing cycle and can be cancelled with effect from the next cycle.
• Software remains our intellectual property; your data within it remains yours.

4. Custom Development

Custom projects are governed by their written proposal: scope, milestones, payment schedule and ownership terms. Changes to scope are agreed in writing with any cost impact before implementation.

5. Payments

Prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated. Work or access begins on receipt of the agreed payment or milestone. GST invoices are issued for all transactions. Late payments may suspend services after notice.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you process in our systems, for maintaining your account credentials, and for using the software in compliance with applicable laws.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

We warrant services will be performed with professional skill and products will function materially as described. Beyond this, services are provided “as is”; we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. See our Disclaimer for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach unremedied after written notice. On termination, you may export your data within the grace period; clauses on payment, IP and liability survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India; see our Jurisdiction Notice for venue.
