User Agreement

1. Scope

This agreement covers user accounts on our website and hosted products. It works alongside our Terms & Conditions; for any conflict regarding accounts, this document governs.

2. Accounts

• Provide accurate information when registering; impersonation is prohibited.
• You are responsible for activity under your credentials — keep them confidential and enable available security features.
• Business accounts may add users; the account owner is responsible for their team’s compliance.

3. Your Content & Data

You retain ownership of data and content you submit. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process and display it back to you — that’s what running the service means, and nothing more.

4. Our Commitments

We provide the services with professional care, protect account data per our Privacy Policy, and give reasonable notice of material changes to features or pricing.

5. Suspension & Closure

You may close your account anytime; export tools or assistance are available during the grace period. We may suspend accounts for policy violations or non-payment, with notice except in urgent security cases.

6. Updates to This Agreement

We may update this agreement; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Material changes are announced in advance.
